The contact owns a 2005 Dodge Durango. The contact was driving approximately 5 mph and attempting a turn. When the left turn signal was engaged, the right turn light flashed as opposed to the left. The contact stated that when shifting the steering column up or down, it would correct the failure. The failure was initially occurred sporadically but progressed into a frequent failure. The vehicle was neither diagnosed nor repaired for the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 60,750 and the current mileage was 60,846.

2 Turn Signal problem

Failure Date: 01/27/2009

The contact owns a 2005 Dodge Durango. The contact stated that the turn signals on both sides of the vehicle have failed. The failure began two days ago, but now they have stopped working completely. She called the dealer to inquire about having her vehicle repaired and was informed that she was customer number 681. They further stated that they did not know when the parts will be available to repair the turn signals. The failure mileage was 37,000.
