Headlights Turn Off While Driving problems of the 2015 Dodge Durango

Tl the contact owns a 2015 Dodge Durango. The contact received a recall notice for NHTSA campaign number: 15v461000 (equipment) regarding a possible safety breach with the computer system. There were no warning indicators illuminated. The contact drove to an independent mechanic to have the computer system updated. While driving 35 mph in a rain storm, the windshield wipers began to operate frantically and the headlights turned off on their own. The manufacturer was notified of the failure.
