Tl the contact owns a 2016 Dodge Durango. While driving various speeds, the contact heard a loud abnormal noise coming from the rear of the vehicle. There were no warning indicators illuminated. The vehicle was not repaired because the parts were on backorder. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 40,000.
