Tl- the contact owns a 2018 Dodge Durango. The contact stated that while attempting to park the vehicle, the gear shift became stuck in the neutral position. No warning lights illuminated prior to the failure. The contact made multiple attempts to take the vehicle out of neutral but to no avail. Upon investigation, the contact associated NHTSA recall: 18v280000(power train) with her failure; her vehicle was not included in the recall. Helfman Dodge Chrysler Jeep ram fiat 7720 katy fwy suite a, houston, TX 77024 (713) 533-6100 was notified of the failure and informed the contact that her vehicle was not included in the recall.
