Failure Date: 06/23/2004

Without any indication windshield wipers stopped functioning regardless the time of usage.

2 Windshield Wiper/washer Motor problem

Failure Date: 02/04/2000

The windshield wipers stopped working. The dealer said it was the bcm module. They would replace it with a rebuilt module because Dodge did not make the part anymore. The part has failed again, now the wipers don't stop coming on on their own. The dealer said we would have to replace it again. I believe the part is defective and should be replaced by the manufacturer. The dealer kept the van for 3 weeks to fix it. They refused to give a copy of the work order. I wanted to know why it took so long to find the problem and fix it. They would not give me any information.

3 Windshield Wiper/washer Motor problem

Failure Date: 01/01/1998

Windshield wipers turn on intermittently without activation.

4 Windshield Wiper/washer Motor problem

While using windshield wipers they would work intermittently. Dealer replaced wiper motor. A year later, wiper motor needed to be replaced again. Please provide further information.
