One problem related to front seat belt retractor has been reported for the 1997 Dodge Grand Caravan. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Rear seat belt retractor doesn't work properly. It won't give any slack, it gets tighter and tighter. If consumer had to get out in an emergency it would be impossible to get seat belt unloosened.
