One problem related to rear seat belt has been reported for the 1998 Dodge Grand Caravan. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
While stopping at a light the consumer's vehicle was rear ended in a five car collision. Upon impact, the rear seat belt disconnected, causing the child safety seat to fly forward, hitting the back of the driver's seat. No injuries reported.
