Three problems related to equipment have been reported for the 1999 Dodge Grand Caravan. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
On 01/23/17 I took a short drive in the car and I smelled a slight stench of gasoline but didn't think much of it at the time, until later on in the day when I had to take my car out again and the engine started smoking and burst into flames. The vehicle was stationary and the keys were in the ignition then I proceeded to started the car and that's when it happened, so im guessing it was fuel injection problem.
Driving down road as usual and all the dash componants went down I hit a bump and they came back up or if I slap the top of it they will come back on. I like knowing how much gas I have,how fast I'm going or even if I'm overheating. And I do carry a disabled person plus my self so we depend on this everyday.
