One problem related to hatchback/liftgate support device has been reported for the 1999 Dodge Grand Caravan. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
The rear hatchback door electrical actuator unit blew out. Consumer discovered you cannot over ride the door in any way to gain access to that section of the vehicle.
