My air bag light came on and horn stopped working was told by dealer it was the clock springs but its not included in the recall.

2 Horn Assembly problem

Tl- the contact owns a 2003 Dodge Grand Caravan. The contact stated while driving 20 mph the vehicle stalled. The vehicle was pushed in to a driveway. The contact tested the battery and then replaced it. However, the vehicle still would fail to successfully restart. The contact then towed to and independent repair facility. The mechanic stated the pc module would need to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired. However, the horn would continuously sound so the mechanic disabled the horn. The mechanic then advised the contact to bring his vehicle to a dealer. The vehicle was taken to the dealer. The dealer then stated that the clock spring would need to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was 130,000. Az.

3 Horn Assembly problem

Consumer loss all lighting and horn when the battery died. Dealer pulled the fuse out, but battery died every two days and vehicle has no horn for 6 weeks. Consumer also lost all lights at night while driving at 40 mph. Lights bells was fixed by dealer but still no remedy with the battery.
