Tail Light Switch problem #1

Right rear tail light lens (cover) have a tendency to come apart. It happen to my sister in law 2004 Dodge Grand Caravan, twice. First it was under warranty, second, we saw it before it's came apart. I have seen same model that don't have lens cover .

Headlight Switch problem #2

Vehicles headlights intermittently will not turn on. There have been multiple times when the lights worked fine when leaving the house and then would not turn on when leaving to return home. This has caused us to drive home on multiple occasion with no headlights, obviously a very dangerous situation. We have taken it to multiple mechanics and have not had anyone find a problem, they always seem to work when we take it in. We replaced the switch to no avail. We simply do not drive it when we think we will be out after dark. There seems to be a lot of other people with this same problem online, please make Dodge find and fix this problem.
