Passenger side sliding door will not lock by remote key. Driver side sliding door will not open or close by remote key or interior console key. I believe the system is defective and that switches are defective as well.

2 Adaptive Equipment problem

Failure Date: 03/31/2007

The contact owns a 2006 Dodge Grand Caravan. The vehicle was modified with hand controlled brakes. While driving 65 mph, the brakes failed when depressed. The driver swerved to avoid a crash, but ended up crashing into a cement barrier. The vehicle was destroyed and towed away. The vehicle modification company examined the black box and concluded that the brakes did engage. The vehicle was not equipped with air bags. The purchase date was unknown. The current and failure mileages were 4,500.
