1 Brakes Failed problem

Failure Date: 03/03/2011

Around January 2011, I noticed a rubbing noise after being part of a funeral precession. The noise would come and go. There were also a little shaking like a pothole when nothing was there and I assumed it was the road but I couldn't see it. I was not comfortable with the noise and needed to travel so I took it a shop. On February 23rd I was told I had a low level brake pad and to return in 6 to 8 weeks. My front brakes were done at 40,000 miles and the rear were done October 2010. The vehicle was near 60,000 miles on this check-up. I was still not comfortable and was going to return in early March, when I got paid. I went to apply my brakes going to work. . . They didn't work correctly. . . I hit two cars (totaled my car and middle car). My brakes failed at over 60,000. My lower legs still hurt over 2 months after the airbags deployed.
