The contact stated that after receiving repairs under a voluntary recall on the front wheel bearings, she was notified by the dealer that the failure was on the rear of the vehicle and not in the front. As a result, the rear wheel bearing, brake pads and rotors needed to be replaced. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The vehicle was repaired.
