Upon inspection, the contact noticed that the front driver and passenger tires were worn halfway. The vehicle was taken to a dealer, where it was confirmed that the tires were worn down halfway. The contact was informed that this was abnormal wearing with this specific brand of tire. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The dot number was unknown. The vehicle and tire failure mileage was 6,143.

Tire Pressure Monitoring System problem #2

The contact owns a 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan. When the vehicle was started, the tire pressure warning indicator illuminated. The dealer (b & b Chrysler Dodge Jeep ram, 125 grandview Ave, honesdale, PA) was contacted and stated that the VIN was not included in any recalls. The failure was not diagnosed or repaired. The contact referenced NHTSA campaign number: 14v632000 (tires), but the VIN was not included in the recall.
