Wiper problems of the 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan

The window regulator broken when I was driving to my house from work. I am just was trying to open window on the left side near driving seat and window dropped down. Immediately with broken window I was driving to the dealer daytona Dodge (james cohler 5730) they did not help me nothing and declined repair. This is was ridiculous!!!!!!! they told me I have to pay for like $ 400. 00 if I want to fix that!!!!!! this is not my fall. This is manufacture issues!!!! I am doing payments for my car still every month and never late. This is car new van!!!!! cost me$ 26000. And this is was emergency situation. This is car is not safety. I came back at home with out window (the window was inside left door). Please help me to fix that.
