Instead of that being where a recliing lever would normally be, it was the lever for flipping the entire seat up and snapping down the headrest. It forced me into a forward folded position with great force, then the headrest snapped down on my neck. I was diagnosed with extreme whiplash and torn muscles. Im having migraines due to the injury and pain in my head, neck, shoulders and back. My concern is that if a child would have done the same thing it may have seriously injured them or even killed them. This is a very bad design and needs to be reconfigured.
