Two problems related to front seat recliner have been reported for the 1996 Dodge Intrepid. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Driver's seat "falls" backward when "taking off" from stop.
The driver seat back is breaking apart where the springs are coming out of the driver seat upholstery, and seatback is moving backward. It may break unexpectedly, causing a loss of vehicle control. Please provide further information.
