Two problems related to front seat belt buckle assembly have been reported for the 1999 Dodge Intrepid. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
All seat belt buckle release buttons intermittently stick, requiring excessive force to unbuckle. Also, passenger rear belt occasionally will not pull from retractor.
While driving and object fell from the dash and hit the seat belt release button. As a result the seat belt released.
