2001 Intrepid front right tire blew out. The blowout caused damage to the passenger side front fender. There were no injuries.

Contact stated the driver's side front tire came off the rim in one piece. The tire was properly inflated. There was an accident. No one was injured. The car was totaled. Saw a very big dent in the bead on the inside. He rotated tires every 3,000 miles, and regularly serviced tires. The tires had a 100,000 mile warranty and the tire only had 20,000 miles on it. The manufacturer of the tires was toyo. Contact did not notice any vibration before the tire came off. The wheel just started to wiggle a little bit and then the car hit the road. There were no lights to come on in the car before this happened.
