Tl-the contact owns a 2002 Dodge Intrepid. The contact stated that the approximately 35 mph, the driver seat reclined independently and broke. The vehicle had not been diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was unavailable.
The consumers vehicle was rear ended by another vehicle at which time the drivers seat collapsed. As a result the driver was injured.
