1 Integrated Child Seat Belt problem of the 1999 Dodge Intrepid

Century bravo car seat: does not fit tightly/properly in middle section of back seat. Does not recline at 45 degree angle for infant in rear facing position. Five-point system's straps loosen on own to make one shoulder restraint tight and the other loose ont he back side of the seat. Upon contacting manufacturer, did not receive helpful infromation of fixing the problem, and was told "if it doesn't fit, just return it". So I am. And I will never buy from century again!.
