The contact owns a 1995 Dodge Intrepid. When the contact started the vehicle, fuel fumes seeped into the vehicle. The contact inspected the vehicle and noticed a fuel leak near the intake manifold in the motor. The vehicle was towed to the contact¿s residence. The contact stated that the o-rings needed to be replaced, but the parts were not available in order to repair the vehicle. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 92,000.
Purchased car on 8/11/14, drove it home and on 8/12/14 started car and say gas spraying out of injectors on top of motor. All injector seals were bad and had to be replaced, same with valve cover gaskets oil was running down on exhaust manifolds. Both were fire hazards, 8/27/14, right side axle is bad and bearing in differential is bad. This car has a 4/15 inspection sticker on windshield, how could this car pass the va state inspection with this many problems? and all brake pads had to be replaced. They were worn out to.
The pressure on my fuel rail does not hold so that means a leak. If I ask first Chrysler any thing they say no recalls. I know better 98v184000.

The contact owns a 2002 Dodge Intrepid. The contact stated that when driving approximately 55 mph or less, she would hear a loud knocking noise with the illumination of the low oil warning light. The vehicle was taken to a dealer where they advised her that there was sludge in the motor, which needed to be cleaned. The vehicle was repaired by cleaning the sludge out of the engine however, the failure recurred. The vehicle was taken back to the dealer where they advised that the fuel and the cam sensor could have been the cause of the failure. The vehicle was repaired for both components. The manufacturer was contacted and offered no assistance. The failure mileage was approximately 129,000. The current mileage was approximately 130,000.
Vehicle was getting serviced for an oil change when technicians noticed the smell of gasoline in the engine oil. The vehicle was taken to a shop where the fuel rail was deemed to be leaking gasoline. The vehicle/part was listed (according to crysler) as having been replaced in 1999.

Consumer had fuel rail recall remedied in 10/98 98v184000. Prior to remedy being performed, consumer had no leakage from fuel rails. Since remedy consumer is fuel has been leaking from rails. Dealer has attempted to repair at least 3x and problem still exists. Ts.
Vehicle has gone through 3 sets of brake pads and rotors have had to be turned and doesn't do well with any pads we have used, always noisy, have only had car for 1 1/2 years, front plastic center wheel caps keep falling off, have lost 4 already. Also, power steering pump is leaking, as well as, the o-ring recall problem. It also has a problem with the gas gauge, have run out of gas 2 times. The car also has a problem with overheating, doesn't matter if temperature is hot or cold outside, sitting in traffic or not.
