I was driving down the highway and my car stalled completely. I had to coast to the side of the highway and try to restart my car. Also, have issues with battery being drained of all power, had to replace battery. My horn randomly beeps whether driving or not. Alarm system will sound all hours of night, had to pull fuse. Since then the hazard lights randomly blink off and on. The day after the engine stalled on me, now have a check engine light on and code is throwing out its the erg valve system and gasket. . . These are big issues and need to be repaired. I'm not happy with these issues and Dodge needs to do something about it.
Just purchased 2010 Journey with 102,000 miles. 3rd day of ownership, vehicle stalled 6 times in a 15 minute drive. Stalled while slowing to stop and while accelerating. No warning liguys, just lost power steering and realized it stalled. 6 times in 15 minutes. Engine code says O2 sensor failure.
Defective tipm many vehicles Dodge/Chrysler have been recalled, the majority from 2007-2015. Journeys were not included, but according to the incredible number of complaints I feel they should have been. This effects everything and my car loses power while driving down the road. It will be much cheaper for Dodge to fix it then to get the lawsuit when my airbag doesn't deploy or I am in an accident.
When driving will hit any kind of bump & engine shuts off. . This started out happening occassionally, now happens nearly every time you drive it. Also when restart it revs like holding foot down on accelerator even though foot not touching accelerator.

Own a 2010 Dodge Journey, front brakes shimmyed at 20,000 miles, called dealer not a covered part. Owner replaced front brakes and rotors, no further problem there. On fuel mileage has reduced from approx. 22 miles to gallon to 17 miles to gallon. Also vehicle slows down too fast upon coasting, feels like dragging. Tires from kumho are garbage, replaced all with different brand, was told no recall on those either. Tires wore out at 20,000 miles, was told by tire dealer that those tires are faulty due to wear out at 15 to 25,000 miles. Says chlysler knos about kumho but wont recall them. Overall getting discouraged with chysler product, and getting no help on problems. During winter month vehicle went into awd due to tires slipping, made ugly grinding noises and shake when activated, also stuck in awd. Had to back up 500 or more feet to get it to unlock or deactivate. Has not been right since, and again told not a covered problem. Everytime I call about these problems they say bring it in but warrenty will not cover, im disabiled and I cant afford to bring in and pay shop rates just to say on paper not a warrenty problem, I have to pay for repairs.
