The car stalled on me twice nearly getting into a wreck. Took it to the dealership where I bought it from they put it on the computer. They said that they could not find anything wrong. Then about 21/2 weeks later it did it again. I have a print out of the computer analysis.
On Thursday, July 3, 2014, I was leaving the city driving my new 2014 Dodge Journey. After driving for one minute the esc display appeared and the car immediatly decelerated to the point of almost cutting off in the middle of the street. This occurred in the middle of rush hour traffic, at stop lights, after pulling off from the stop lights, etc. This occurred for approxiately 20 minutes. It was an extremely hot, sunny day, no rain in sight. Eventually, after gettting onto a longer stretch of road, the constant deceleration in speed stopped and the esc display indicator stopped turning on and off. I took the car immediatly to the dealership where no codes or other issues could be discovered.
