Body problems of the 2006 Dodge Magnum

Tl- the contact owns a 2006 Dodge Magnum. The contact stated that while at a stop signal another vehicle rear ended the contact's vehicle. All the air bags did not deploy. A police report was filed. The contact sustained a neck injury, back injury and the right thumb was fractured that required medical attention. The vehicle was towed to a collision center. The vehicle was then taken to the dealer vance Chrysler Dodge Jeep ram located at 3606 ok-10, miami, ok 74354 where it was diagnosed that the gear shifter, the whole back bumper had to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired. The manufacturer was not contacted and was not made aware of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was unknown. Sj.

While I was attempting to remove contents from the trunk of my vehicle, the trunk released itself without pressure or force and hit me in the head. I was taken to the hospital and treated for contusions to the head. I sustained bleeding and bruising to the head. The current and failure mileages were 105,000.

I have never received any recall for Chrysler for the Dodge Magnum 2006 since I had it for 6 yrs+exited the freeway, and made turn to head towards my designated location. As soon as I cross over the first light ( going the speed limit) my vehicle lost control and accelerated more speed without me able to control the steering wheel causing the car to jerk all over the street. (unable to control steering and brake). Lost control went off the road instantly hit a tree and spun several times until I hit another tree,and that is what made the vehicle crash and come to a stop.

The front end had to be welded back together and the it is pretty messed up. And front wheels bar might come aloose when turing is made hard. You can see where it was fix at on the bottom in the front the frame was reck pretty hard.

The car was recked really bad. Front end a back was damged mainly the frame of the car front end also the trunk was pushed in and the rightside rear light is damged alittle inside was messed up power seats dont work properly. Also at times it dont move at all it was sold to me like this at a really unfair price of 17,999. They need to be locked in jail for such a scam and ripped me off. Also these people are stone hearted crooks. Please help this is not right and this has to be against the law.
