The contact owns a 2006 Dodge Magnum. The contact stated that she had to exert great force to remove the lug nuts. She was unable to change the tires. Upon further inspection she noticed that the lug nuts expand, which prevented the apparatus from clamping on to remove them. The manufacturer was notified, and she is waiting for a response.
