1 Front Air Bag problem

Failure Date: 08/06/2003

Vehicle involved in a semi-frontal impact at approximately45-50 mph. Complete front end (mostly passenger side)mangled. Neither airbag deployed.

2 Front Air Bag problem

Failure Date: 07/05/2003

Consumer states that front air bags deployed without warning. Dealer notified.

3 Front Air Bag problem

Failure Date: 03/04/2002

Frontal collision at 15-20 mph, and neither airbag deployed. Consumer suffered whiplash. Damage to vehicle was $ 4000. 00.

4 Front Air Bag problem

Failure Date: 06/29/1999

Vehicle was forced off the road unto a grassy surface. Air bags deployed, bursted open and caught on fire, causing second degree burns to driver's arm, from wrist up to shoulder, and minor cuts and bruises.

5 Front Air Bag problem

Failure Date: 01/25/1999

While driving vehicle between 45 and 50 mph consumer was involved in an accident where she struck another vehicle in the middle front first, and neither of the air bags deployed.
