While the headlights are on and signaling for a right turn the fog lights come on the entire time it was in that position. This happens every time now although the fog light switch is in the off position. While trying to find the source of the problem I noticed that movement of the turn signal stalk in a circular motion also turned on the fog lights briefly.
The contact owns a 2003 Dodge Neon. Everytime the contact activates the heat in the vehicle, he noticed an influx of carbon monoxide in the vehicle.
