While the headlights are on and signaling for a right turn the fog lights come on the entire time it was in that position. This happens every time now although the fog light switch is in the off position. While trying to find the source of the problem I noticed that movement of the turn signal stalk in a circular motion also turned on the fog lights briefly.

The contact owns a 2003 Dodge Neon. Everytime the contact activates the heat in the vehicle, he noticed an influx of carbon monoxide in the vehicle. He exhibits physiological symptoms of carbon monoxide poisoning, such as feeling light headed. The dealer could not identify the cause of the failure or find a remedy. The failure mileage was 44,000 and current mileage was 50,500.

Water flows into the trunk of the car by going down through the side panels (under the trunk) and ends up under the spare tire. This makes it hard to identify because you don't notice it until you need your spare.
