Frame Rust problems of the 2005 Dodge Neon

Tl- the contact 2005 Dodge Neon xlg. The contact stated that after it rains gushes of water come in from the sides of the vehicle by the glove compartment causing the frame to begin rusting. The vehicle was taken to a dealer where the technician diagnose there was debris in the evaporator drain. The drain was cleared and the windshield was replaced but the problem still persisted. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 60,000 and the current mileage was 62,000. Sr.
