Three problems related to air conditioner have been reported for the 1996 Dodge Ram 1500. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Turned on air conditioner and it blew hot air. Got it recharged. It still was blowing hot air. Dealer told consumer the evaporator had failed. Consumer contacted dealer.
Vent vaccum in air conditioning system failed.
Air conditioner failed.
