Two problems related to door latch have been reported for the 1999 Dodge Ram 1500. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Driver side crew cab door will not open. Appears top latch will not disengage. Rear seat passenger(s) would be unable to exit truck in an emergency. Plan to have repaired at dealer.
Rear quad cab door latches rusted, which caused them not to function properly. Vehicle is a 1999, Dodge, Ram 1500 quad cab.
