One problem related to high/low beam switch has been reported for the 2001 Dodge Ram 1500. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
1) no events leading up to failure 2) headlight failure - no low beam headlights 3)failure found to be a broken wire in the steering coulmn at the headlight dimmer switch - wire repaired by dealer.
