Tl- the contact owns a 2002 Dodge Ram 1500. The contact stated that the plastic tethers on both rear seat belts had broken. The contact stated that the seat belts were used to hold a car seat, but other then that had not been used. The vehicle had not been taken to the dealer. The failure mileage was 110,000 and the current mileage was 136,000. Rl.
