1 Tire Blowout problem

Failure Date: 08/21/2008

The contact owns a 2002 Dodge Ram 1500. The vehicle has falken tires, size 305/40r/22 (na). While driving approximately 40 mph, the contact heard a loud noise. Suddenly, the rear passenger side tire blew out without warning. The vehicle was towed to an independent mechanic and the tire was replaced. Recently, the tread on the sidewall of all four tires was cracked. The tires have not been replaced. The dot number was unknown. The failure mileage was 85,000 and current mileage was 85,243.

2 Tire Blowout problem

While driving 60 mph, the rear driver's tire experienced a blow out.
