The contact owns a 2003 Dodge Ram 1500. The consumer stated from time to time, the vehicle would not engage in reverse for 10-15 seconds. The dealer replaced the transmission oil sump, cooler bypass and torque converter. Since then, he has had to return to the dealer several times for the same problem.
