One problem related to windshield wiper/washer has been reported for the 2008 Dodge Ram 1500. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
When the wipers were turned on then off they "park" straight up. When it was brought to the dealer's attention they said the recall was already done in 2009 and they would charge to fix the wiper control module. They also charged to diagnose.
