The contact owns a 2010 Dodge Ram 1500. While driving approximately 30 mph, the vehicle stalled. The vehicle was towed to an authorized dealer who replaced the pcm and tiff. The failure occurred again and the contact coasted to the side of the road. The vehicle suddenly restarted and accelerated. The contact applied the brakes to slow the vehicle down. The vehicle was taken back to the dealer who replaced the computer and ignition parts, but could not determine the cause of the failure. The VIN was unavailable. The failure mileage was approximately 12,000 and the current mileage was approximately 17,000.
