Two problems related to engine oil leaking have been reported for the 2013 Dodge Ram 1500. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Low engine oil warning light, oil filter leaking oil, leaked at 2500 miles, 6,000 miles, 8,000 miles, 11,000 miles.
This vehicle has leaked oil around the oil filter since the 1st oil change. The company has never owned up to being a problem however I've had a oiled filled driveway ever since then. There are numerous complaints online from people with the same problem. How can ram get away with not doing anything to fix the issue. I live 1 1/2 hours from the dealer and I'm afraid its going to vibrate off on my way there to get it fixed. I doubt they would fix the motor if it locked up on my way there.
