Tire Tread/belt problems of the 1999 Dodge Ram 2500

Problems with all four tires on vehicle. . The outer steel belt separated, which caused the vehicle to vibrate when driving at 25 to 35 mph. The consumer replaced all the tires on the vehicle.

When operating the vehicle it feel like you are walking on top of foot and vibration moving at 25 to 35 mph hour. The tires are available for review.
