Air Bag Not Deploy problems of the 2000 Dodge Ram 2500

While driving 45 mph and without warning another vehicle made an illegal turn in front of consumer's vehicle resulting in front end of consumers vehicle being smashed head-on, resulting in air bags not deploying/ causing minor injuries.

Front end collision at approximately 60mph. Airbags did not deploy. Driver had to get 7 stitches to the large cut on the forehead as a result of being thrown around in cab.
