Two problems related to exterior rearview mirror have been reported for the 2001 Dodge Ram 2500. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
The right side mirror adjusted on its own.
Both exterior mirrors flew off vehicle while pulling a trailer at 75 mph. Dealer notified, and replaced mirrors. Feel free to provide any further information.
