Front Air Bag problems of the 2001 Dodge Ram 2500

I own a 2001 Dodge ram truck, and my dash is not only cracking, but large chunks of the dash have fallen into the electronic wiring beneath.

While driving at 35 mph, the vehicle was involved a frontal collision but none of the air bags deployed upon impact. The vehicle was totaled. The steering column had broke as well.

My vehicle crashed into a cliff-side at 50 mph. The collision was directly head-on. Neither the driver's nor the passenger side/ front airbags were deployed during this crash.
