Tire Blowout problems of the 2002 Dodge Ram 2500

I was driving my truck on the way to the cottage when the belt in my left front tire blew. I had to make a quick stop as to not loose control of my vehicle. There is a recall on an earlier version of the same tires produced 2 weeks prior to my tires. Definity dakota a/t lt285/75r16 3dyupbb3506 (my dot) definity dakota a/t lt285/75r16 3dyupbb3206 (tire recall) definity dakota a/t lt285/75r16 3dyupbb3306 (tire recall) I believe that this defect in the previous official recall should apply to my tires as well. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
