When it did slow down and the contact tried to accelerate, the vehicle would not pick up speed. The vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer but the dealer did not inspect the vehicle. The contact called the manufacturer and was awaiting a response. The vehicle had not been repaired. The VIN was unavailable. The current mileage was approximately 104,000. Trying to engage speed control, will lock for about 1 minute then kick out.
