Automatic Transmission problems of the 2000 Dodge Ram 3500

1 Automatic Transmission problem

Failure Date: 04/02/2012

Consumer states Dodge Ram 3500 diesel popped out of park causing injuries the consumer stated the door of the vehicle hit her and the truck ran over her, breaking both of her legs.

2 Automatic Transmission problem

Failure Date: 08/20/2004

The consumer was able to shift gears without applying the brake pedal. The vehicle was taken to the dealer for inspection.

3 Automatic Transmission problem

Failure Date: 03/25/2004

Transmission malfunctioned. As a result, vehicle accelerated and decelerated without warning.

4 Automatic Transmission problem

Failure Date: 05/01/2000

2001 Dodge 3500; while driving uphill with a load vehicle popped out of gear unexpectedly which could cause loss of vehicle control and a crash. Dealer could not determine the cause of the problem. Please provide further information.
