1 Tire Blowout problem

Tl-the contact owns a 2001 Dodge Ram 3500 equipped with bf goodrich, tire line: mud terrain t/a km2, tire size: lt 255/85r16. The contact stated that while driving approximately 55 mph, an abnormal noise coming from the rear driver side of the vehicle. As a result, the vehicle swayed side to side, however, the contact was able to avoid an accident. The contact pulled over and discovered that the rear driver side tire was blown. The vehicle was towed to a dealer where it was confirmed that the tread separated from the rear driver side tire and needed to be replaced. The tire was replaced. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage of the vehicle was 300,000 and the tire failure mileage was 10,000. The VIN and dot number was unavailable. Ss.

2 Tire Blowout problem

Failure Date: 04/19/2011

The contact owns a 2001 Dodge Ram 3500 with futura adventurer ht p245 75 r16 tires. The contact stated the rear passenger tire blew out while it was in the driveway. The contact stated that before they replaced the tire, they had to replace the same model tires because the tread belt split off and both rear tires blew out. The contact was concerned about the safety issue because of the low mileage on the tires. The failure mileage was 65,000 and the current mileage was 85,000.
