One problem related to frame rust has been reported for the 2003 Dodge Ram 3500. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Frame rusted through in several places. Service provider had problems placing truck on lift due to frame integerty to replace brake lines. Upon my inspection frame is rusted through in several places. Cannot detrimine if trruck is safe to drive.
