One problem related to wiring has been reported for the 2003 Dodge Ram 3500. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
2001 Dodge 3500 w/ho cummins spontaneously ignited and burned to nothing. It started in the engine compartment, drivers side. My opinion is it was an electrical fire due to the smell of the smoke.
