The contact owns a 2004 Dodge Ram 3500. The contact was driving approximately 20 mph on normal road conditions when the heater system was activated; however, the blower fan failed without warning. The failure occurred intermittently. The vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer for inspection. The failure was contributed to the steering column wiring harness.
